1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AccsGalaxy website (“Platform”), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms“). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all Users, including Buyers, Sellers, and Visitors of the Platform.

2. Platform Overview

AccsGalaxy is a digital marketplace that facilitates the sale and purchase of digital goods (e.g., social media accounts, subscriptions, email logins, game keys) through an escrow system to ensure safety and transparency between Buyers and Sellers.

AccsGalaxy does not directly sell any products listed on the Platform and is not responsible for individual product performance beyond its escrow and arbitration framework.

3. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering binding agreements.
• You must provide accurate registration information, including a valid email address.
• You are responsible for securing your account, including using strong passwords and enabling 2FA (two-factor authentication).

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts involved in suspicious, fraudulent, or policy-violating behavior.

4. Seller Responsibilities

By listing a product on AccsGalaxy, a Seller agrees to:

• Provide truthful product descriptions, quantities, delivery timeframes, and pricing.
• Grant a minimum 24-hour warranty on all products unless stated otherwise.
• Respond to disputes or questions within 24 hours.
• Not list or sell prohibited products, including (but not limited to):

1. Hacked or stolen goods
2. Malware, viruses, or Trojans
3. Pornographic, illegal, or copyrighted content
4. Identity or document forgery services
5. Fraud or scam-related services
6. Products targeting U.S./Canadian users’ rights
7. DDoS or hacking tools

Violation may result in store suspension, fund seizure, and legal action.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

By purchasing on the Platform, the Buyer agrees to:

• Review listings, ratings, and warranty periods before purchasing.
• Not attempt to reverse transactions or request external refunds (e.g., chargebacks).
• Test products during the warranty window and open a dispute only when necessary.
• Communicate respectfully with Sellers and support staff.
• Not engage in off-platform or private transactions with Sellers.

6. Escrow & Payments

• All payments are processed through AccsGalaxy’s escrow wallet, which holds funds until product delivery is confirmed or the warranty period expires.
• Payments are accepted in USDT (TRC20) and other crypto options (when available).
• Funds are released to Sellers only after Buyer confirmation or warranty expiration without dispute.
• Sellers may withdraw their balances after identity and transaction verification.

7. Dispute Resolution

• Buyers may open a dispute within the product’s warranty period via their account dashboard.
• Sellers must respond to disputes within 24 hours.
• If no resolution is reached, AccsGalaxy Administration will review all evidence and issue a final decision.
• Disputes resolved in favor of the Buyer will result in either a replacement or a full refund.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or permanently ban any account that:

• Engages in fraud or illegal activity
• Posts or sells prohibited products
• Abuses the dispute system or support staff
• Uses multiple accounts to manipulate reviews or gain an unfair advantage

9. Intellectual Property

All content on AccsGalaxy — including logos, text, layout, images, and design — is the intellectual property of AccsGalaxy or its partners and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

AccsGalaxy is not liable for:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Account or service bans post-delivery (outside warranty)
• Actions of individual Sellers or Buyers
• Delays due to blockchain or network congestion

Our maximum liability, if any, is limited to the commission earned from the disputed transaction.

11. Data Privacy

AccsGalaxy processes user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We use cookies and tracking tools to improve functionality and performance.
You may review and manage your personal data anytime through your account or by contacting support.

12. Changes to Terms

AccsGalaxy may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes are made signifies acceptance of those changes.
