1. Overview

At AccsGalaxy, we are committed to protecting both Buyers and Sellers through a fair and secure refund and return process. As we operate in the digital goods industry—where products like accounts, keys, and logins are non-physical and non-reversible—we apply a case-by-case approach to disputes and refunds.

This policy outlines the conditions, timeframes, and process for refund and return requests.


2. General Refund Conditions

Refunds will only be considered if ALL the following conditions are met:

  • The product was not delivered or was inaccessible upon delivery.
  • The product is significantly different from the description.
  • The product was delivered but became invalid, banned, or unusable within the warranty period (usually 24 hours).
  • The Buyer opens a dispute within the specified warranty window.
  • The Buyer provides sufficient proof (e.g., screenshots, videos) showing the product issue.

Refunds will not be issued if the Buyer fails to test or report issues during the warranty period.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Buyer changes mind after delivery.
  • Product was used successfully and became invalid after warranty expiration.
  • Login/access was lost due to Buyer-side error (e.g., wrong IP, 2FA triggers, insecure device).
  • Products banned or locked due to platform policy or region restrictions.
  • Any attempted fraud, such as false evidence or chargebacks.
  • Product was sold as-is without warranty and clearly mentioned in the description.

4. Return Policy

As we sell non-tangible digital goods, returns are not physically possible. Instead, in the event of a faulty product or mistake:

  • The Seller may provide a replacement product of equal value.
  • If no replacement is possible, the Buyer will receive a refund via platform balance.
  • Refunds are not processed to external wallets unless in rare cases of error or manual approval.

5. Dispute Timeframes

Once the dispute period ends, the transaction is marked “Completed” and no refund is possible.


6. Refund Method

  • Refunds are processed to the Buyer’s platform wallet.
  • Buyer can use this balance to purchase other products or withdraw it via USDT (TRC20), after KYC (if applicable).
  • Refund processing time: within 1–3 business days, depending on case complexity.

7. Escalation and Arbitration

  • If Buyer and Seller cannot resolve the issue, the dispute will be reviewed by the AccsGalaxy Arbitration Team.
  • Arbitration involves review of chat logs, proofs, delivery timestamps, product details, and platform logs.
  • The decision made by AccsGalaxy will be final and binding on both parties.

8. How to Request a Refund

  1. Go to your order history.
  2. Select the order and click “Open Dispute”.
  3. Provide clear details, screenshots, or videos showing the issue.
  4. Wait for Seller response. If no resolution, AccsGalaxy support will intervene.

9. Fraud Prevention

To protect both parties, AccsGalaxy actively monitors:

  • Unusual dispute behavior
  • Repeated refund requests from the same user
  • Use of stolen or suspicious payment methods
  • Use of chargebacks instead of platform dispute process

Fraudulent behavior may lead to account suspension, blacklist, and forfeiture of funds.
