Warranty Policy & User Guidelines

1 | Definitions

Term Meaning
AccsGalaxy / Platform The marketplace at [accsgalaxy.com] where Users buy and sell digital goods and services.
User Any individual or legal entity that registers an account (Buyer or Seller).
Product A digital good or service listed on the Platform (e.g., social-media accounts, e-mail inboxes, game keys, subscriptions).
Escrow The secure wallet that holds a Buyer’s payment until the warranty period ends or the Buyer confirms delivery.
Warranty Period The time during which a Buyer may open a dispute—24 hours by default unless the Seller explicitly offers a longer period.
Dispute A claim raised through the order page when a Product is missing, defective, or not as described.

2 | Standard Warranty Coverage

1. Activation – The Warranty Period begins at the moment the Platform reports the Product as delivered (for instant delivery) 

2. Scope – The warranty covers:

  • Wrong, incomplete, or non-working credentials/keys;
  • Mismatch between the listing description and the delivered Product;
  • Revoked or banned accounts within the warranty window.

3. Remedies – If the claim is validated, the Buyer may choose:

  • Replacement – A like-for-like working Product; or
  • Full refund – AccsGalaxy releases escrow funds back to the Buyer’s balance.

4. Exclusions – Warranty is void if:

  • The Buyer changes login, password, recovery e-mail, or linked phone before testing functionality;
  • The Buyer uses scripts or tools that trigger platform security locks or bans;
  • The Product matches the description but fails to meet the Buyer’s personal expectations.

5. Procedure – A Buyer must:

  1. Open a Dispute via My Purchases → Get Support within the warranty window;
  2. Provide clear evidence (screenshots, videos, error logs);
  3. Communicate respectfully with the Seller in chat for up to 24 hours;
  4. If unresolved, click Invite Administration.
    The Administration’s ruling is final and binding.

3 | User Guidelines (Buyers & Sellers)

3.1 Account Requirements

  • Must be an adult and legally competent.
  • Register with a valid e-mail; enable 2-Factor Authentication (2FA).
  • One account = one store (for Sellers). Multiple or fraudulent accounts may be banned.

3.2 Code of Conduct

✔ Review listings, ratings, and reviews before purchase.
✔ Pay only via Platform escrow; off-site deals are forbidden.
✔ Test the Product promptly and leave honest feedback.
✖ No chargebacks or false claims.
✔ Provide accurate titles, thumbnails, and full descriptions.
✔ Default 24 h warranty (or longer).
✔ Deliver exactly what is advertised, on time.
✖ No misleading info, spam, or third-party advertising.

Both parties must treat each other—and AccsGalaxy staff—with respect, avoiding harassment, hate speech, or illegal activity.

3.3 Prohibited Products & Activities

  • Stolen or hacked digital assets
  • Databases with personal data
  • Malware, hacking tools, DDoS services
  • Drugs, counterfeit documents, financial-fraud services
  • Pornography or erotica
  • Copyright-infringing content
  • Items targeting U.S./Canadian citizens’ rights
    Violations trigger immediate listing removal, fund seizure, and/or permanent ban.

3.4 Payments & Withdrawals

  • All payments are in USD-pegged Tether (USDT)-TRC20 or another crypto-asset (if enabled).
  • Funds become withdrawable only after the Warranty Period passes without an open dispute.
  • Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, plus blockchain network fees, apply (see Store Profile → Withdrawal Requests).
  • First-time withdrawals require live-chat verification.

3.5 Dispute & Arbitration Flow

  1. Buyer opens dispute → Seller responds within 24 h.
  2. Parties supply evidence and attempt resolution.
  3. If unresolved, Admin reviews and rules; decision is final.
  4. Non-compliance may result in balance confiscation and store suspension.

4 | Security & Data Protection

AccsGalaxy processes personal data per its Privacy Policy (27 June 2025) and relevant EU/U.S. regulations. Key points:

  • Data minimization and encrypted storage.
  • Session cookies (e.g., PHPSESSID) for log-ins; optional analytics cookies.
  • Data retained only as long as necessary for legal or operational purposes.

5 | Limitation of Liability

AccsGalaxy provides the Platform “as-is.” We are not liable for indirect losses (profit, data, reputation) arising from transactions, service interruptions, or user actions beyond our control. Maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the fee we earned from the disputed transaction.
